Mary & Liam - Photo

I first spoke with Mary & Liam on Christmas Day 2021, which honestly set the tone for everything that followed. We immediately bonded over a shared love of The Inbetweeners, Disney, and fish and chips. Even from our first chat it felt less like an inquiry call and more like chatting with old friends.

Just over a year later, we traveled to Savannah, Georgia to photograph their New Year’s Eve wedding along the historic Savannah riverfront. Their day was full of personality and joy, from karaoke with friends to fireworks lighting up the night sky. The ceremony itself took place after dark, creating an intimate, romantic atmosphere with the river as their backdrop.

Mary & Liam wanted their wedding photos to feel relaxed, fun, and true to who they are, and their day delivered exactly that. From candid moments with loved ones to the energy of celebrating a new year together, their Savannah wedding was the perfect mix of meaningful and unforgettable.

Hannah walked me through every single step and was there for every single hiccup during the planning process. On the day of, I ended up not having a coordinator due to covid, and Hannah literally jumped in full force and kept the ball rolling and managed to get our rowdy bunch everywhere and kept us on time. I think Hannah could easily have a future in planning as well. During the ceremony and reception, Matt and Hannah were basically invisible ninjas (which is what we wanted). Our photo turned out so amazing. We couldn't have asked for a better duo to shoot our wedding. We are in the process of booking more photos in the mountains with them as well.
