Spring Sunset Engagement Shoot in West Virginia

It's crazy that after years and years of shooting weddings, we rarely do engagement shoots! So when I got the chance to plan and engagement session with Kandice, I was thrilled. Especially when she said these 2 words. HARLEY. DAVIDSON. At that point, I knew these photos were going to be special. After 1 reschedule thanks to some very inconvenient thunderstorms, we set off in the car with a podcast loaded up for drive to West Virginia.

Kandice & Trey's wedding will be at their house so they decided to do their engagement session at the gorgeous Glade Creek Farm, a gorgeous 100 acre wedding venue. We had an endless amount of cool photo spots. My personal favorite was inside the barn with beautiful stained glass windows! Matt and I probably drove poor Trey insane getting him to ride his motorcycle up and down the same path a few times to get the shot we wanted of Kandice's hair blowing in the wind. But the thing I love the most about this session is how authentic it is. We had the best time hanging out with the 2 of them and you can see the fun and joy throughout this session.
